Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Foobar Creative (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your information when you use the RenoSnap app (“App”) or website (“Site”).
We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Australia) and are committed to handling your information responsibly.
1. What We Collect
When you use the App:
- Photos you submit for AI processing
- Text prompts you enter to describe the changes you want
- An anonymous account identifier, created automatically on first launch (no name, email, or password required)
- Device information such as device locale, app version, and operating system
- Crash logs and app usage data, collected to improve performance
When you contact us:
- Your email address and the contents of your message
When you purchase a subscription:
- Purchase and billing information is handled entirely by Apple. We receive only a non-identifiable receipt confirmation.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information unless you contact us directly.
2. Your Photos and Prompts — Where They Go
When you submit a photo and optional text prompt for AI processing, that content is sent to third-party AI services. We use one or more of the following depending on the project type:

These services are based overseas (primarily in the United States). By using the App, you consent to your photos and prompts being transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
We recommend you do not submit photos containing sensitive personal information — such as faces, identification documents, or anything you would not share with a third party.
3. How We Store Your Data
Your projects (original photos and AI-generated results) are stored on our Google Cloud servers. They are deleted when you delete the project from the App.
Your anonymous account and its associated data are stored for as long as you have the App installed. If you uninstall the App, this data may be permanently deleted.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To process your AI design requests and return results
- To store your projects so you can access them within the App
- To monitor app performance, fix bugs, and improve the product
- To respond to support enquiries
We do not sell your information. We do not use your photos or prompts to train AI models.
5. Deleting Your Data
You can delete individual projects at any time from within the App. Deleting a project permanently removes the associated photos from our servers.
To request deletion of your anonymous account and all associated data, please contact us at support@renosnap.app.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
